What does finding your purpose actually mean?

When I remind myself of my true purpose, I come home to myself. My shoulders relax.
I realise this whole ‘find your purpose’ thing can be quite unsettling. What if it’s just being you?
My purpose is me at peace. It’s laughter and fun. It’s showing up as the real me—not the version I think I should be.
When I’m actually at peace, actually laughing, actually me? I show up in so many ways. Years of coaching, of real results, of transformation. I show up seriously, deeply, authentically for what I do and who I serve.
It’s from that grounded, at ease, authentic place that everything flows naturally. Not forced. Just...me being me.
Purpose isn’t a title you have to figure out. It’s not a checklist that never ends. It’s who you already are when you stop performing.
It’s how you breathe, how you move, how you live when you’re aligned with what’s true at your core.
What if your purpose is simpler than you think? What if it’s just you being fully, unapologetically you? #coaching #careercoaching #examcoach #lifecoaching #purpose #businesscoaching #strategy #coach
