Transformation has phases, not shortcuts and the strategy that actually works? It's not about grinding until you burn out.


You have to fill your cup first. Not as a reward. Not when you've "earned it." But as part of the plan.


Consistency isn't about showing up depleted every single day. It's about showing up sustainable—fueled, focused, and able to keep going.


Some days you will be at 100%. Other days, 40%. The strategy is to honour both. Rest when you need to. Recharge without guilt. Then get back to it.


The people who last aren't the ones who never slow down. They're the ones who know when to pause, refill, and keep moving forward.


Trust the dip. It's not failure—it's part of the process. The key is to always start your study journey early in the journey!


So protect your energy. Fill your cup and stay steady through the phases. That's how real transformation happens.


With that, I am going off for a run - as this is my self care!
