That Friday feeling….(I hear you)

Another Week Done: Progress, Support & Permission to Breathe….


What a week it’s been! From coaching calls to course building, my days have been full—and I know yours have been too. The good news: every bit of effort you are putting in is creating real change, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet.


This week, I’ve been deep in work on my “I Set Myself Free” course—a project close to my heart. It’s all about helping you identify and manage emotional triggers that show up in everyday life. Stress, overwhelm, self-doubt, or that sudden urge to give up—they can creep in during study, work, or personal moments, affecting your confidence and your progress.


This course is built to offer practical tools for spotting those triggers and handling them before they derail your day.


Alongside that, I’ve been supporting students with management learning plans, CV writing, and life coaching. I see how many of you are facing big questions, feeling stuck, or doubting your direction. Every student struggles with these at some point—even those who seem to “have it together” from the outside.


So let’s not skip self-care. Here’s one easy practice you can try: Take five minutes today to close your tabs, silence your phone, and sit with a cup of something warm. Ask yourself: “What’s one thing I did this week that made me proud?” Write it down. Even small wins count. I would love to know what the wins are!
