Sunday planning for the week…let’s do this!
If you are anything like me, the start of a new week is both exciting and a little daunting. There’s so much potential, but also a mountain of to-dos, ideas, and responsibilities (especially when you are juggling work, family, and your own goals). That is exactly why I’m so passionate about accountability.
Every Sunday, I carve out time to plan my week. This isn’t just a tick-box exercise; it’s a ritual that keeps me motivated, focused, and ready to tackle whatever comes my way. Here’s how I do it—and how you can too:
1. Set Clear, Achievable Goals:
I start by writing down my biggest priorities for the week. What do I want to achieve? What progress will make me feel proud by Saturday? This gives me a clear direction and something to aim for.
2. Break It Down
Big goals can feel overwhelming, so I break them into manageable steps. Instead of “finish client project,” I’ll write “outline project,” “draft first section,” “review and edit.” This makes progress feel doable and keeps me moving forward.
3. Build in Accountability
This is my secret sauce- For my clients, I offer 24/7 support and regular calls to keep them on track. Knowing someone is in your corner and knows your journey makes a huge difference.
4. Celebrate Progress
Each week, I take a moment to acknowledge what went well. Motivation isn’t just about pushing forward; it’s about celebrating the wins, no matter how small.
5. Remember Your “Why”
When motivation dips (and it always does), I remind myself why I started. For me, it’s about helping others achieve real transformation—and having the freedom to be present for my family.
If you are tired of setting goals and not following through, accountability could be the missing link. My service is all about giving you the structure, support, and real strategy so you actually make progress—week after week.
Let’s make the second half of the year a one where you thrive!

Much love
