Sometimes we are living in survival mode without even realising it.
We get so busy in work mode that we sometimes numb our real emotions as we are just getting through each day in survival mode.
This in turn can make us feel lifeless and exhausted without any real reason why. It can often cause confusion (or that feeling “i just dont feel myself”).
Do you ever feel anxious for no reason (or no obvious reason) this can be due to being so ungrounded and so far away from who you truly are.
This is just a phase.
You are doing what your human instinct told you to do after all, you got your head down and kept going to get through.
It’s not permanent.
Its about reigniting your spark again…so you can shine bright in all areas of your life the best way you can.
It is ok to take a moment to pause and reflect and check in with yourself….how are you feeling? Journalling and talking can really help with feelings of unease. I invite you just to reflect on your current journey and how far you have come!
If you are right now… living in survival mode, that’s ok….just know this is just a phase and its time to check in with yourself.
